We are seeking dedicated and reliable Self-Employed Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in commercial and domestic cleaning and strong attention to detail. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients. As a Cleaner, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Assist with special cleaning projects as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial and domestic cleaning is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve lifting or moving equipment.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

Job Type: Self-Employed/Sub-Contractor

Pay: £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 – 35 per week

Schedule/Shifts:

• Flexitime
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
• Commercial cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
• Domestic cleaning 1 year (preferred)

• DBS Check (required)

• Health & Safety certificate (required)
• Manual Handling (optional)
