2.1 The Company provides specialist cleaning and laundry services as outlined in individual contracts or agreements. 2.2 The Company reserves the right to refuse service if deemed unsafe or if conditions violate health and safety regulations.

  1. Bookings and Payments

3.1 All bookings must be confirmed in writing, and a deposit may be required for certain services. 3.2 Payments must be made in accordance with the terms outlined in the invoice. Failure to pay on time may result in late fees or cancellation of services.

3.3 The Company accepts payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods.

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

4.2 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 days of approval.

  1. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Clients must provide access to the premises during the agreed service hours.

5.2 Clients are responsible for securing valuable or fragile items. The Company will not be held liable for damages caused to unsecured items.

  1. Health and Safety

6.1 The Company complies with all health and safety regulations. Cleaners are trained to follow safe practices during all operations.

6.2 Clients must inform the Company of any hazardous conditions or materials on the premises.

  1. Liability

7.1 The Company will not be held responsible for delays caused by events outside its control, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or equipment failure. 7.2 The Company’s liability for any loss or damage is limited to the value of the service provided on the specific date of the incident.

8.2 Client information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

  1. Termination of Services

9.1 The Company reserves the right to terminate services if the Client breaches these Terms and Conditions.

9.2 Clients may terminate services with prior written notice, subject to any applicable cancellation fees.

10.1 The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
